Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your skincare products in their original box, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
